Use Voice Commands to...

• Generate Web Logs ("Blogs") based on setting away msgs
• Play Songs/Control Winamp (play, pause, stop, next, previous, volume etc)
• Send commands to other Davidias
• Home-automation through the X10 protocol (no GUI yet, just basic house/device code commands and two precoded devices that are in my dorm room)

Interface: Davidia is designed around the MFC and Microsoft's SAPI (Speech Application Programming Interface):

• Thus all commands can be given either through voice, the UI, or through text commands
• For example: to launch Third Eye Blind - Semicharm Life, one can:
  • speak "play Semicharm life"
  • type "play Semicharm life"
  • select the song "Semicharm life" in the mp3 launcher dialog
